Technical workshop
We held a technical workshop for the technicians of our distributors in Algeria. The CYANHemato 380 is exclusively available through distributors with trained staff.
Sales training
We had the pleasure of holding an intensive sales training course in Algeria. This training for sales representatives focuses on improving the customer experience.
Factory tour after MEDICA
The MEDICA fair took place in Düsseldorf from the 11th to the 14th of November. Düsseldorf is just 175 km from our factory.
So, we invited our distributors to combine their trip to Medica with an exclusive distributor factory tour. After picking up our distributors at the tradeshow (MEDICA Fair), we drove to Belgium and enjoyed a delightful dinner upon arrival. On Thursday, we had a factory tour, the new & news presentation, a Belgian lunch, one-to-one talks, and a live demo.
Belgian Economic Mission to Brazil
We are launching temperature.cloud in Brazil.
From November 25th to 27th we will meet candidate distributors in the São Paulo metropolitan area.
Business as usual
We are glad to report a positive growth in sales. We end this year with sufficient stock availability thanks to an exemplary team effort.
On this positive note, we closed the turbulent period (2022 to early 2024), during which we faced supply problems with raw materials and production delays.
