Distributor Sales Workshop in Dakar, Senegal
During the last week of November 2025, Cypress Diagnostics hosted a French-language sales workshop in Dakar for our distributors from across West and Central Africa.
We were pleased to welcome participants from Senegal, Mauritania, Guinea, Togo, Mali, Benin, Gabon, the Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, and Niger.
This three-day program focused on helping our partners develop practical skills that drive field performance and long-term customer value. Together, we explored:
- The Sales process
- Asking questions
- Persuasion
- Quality Control
- Reading the instructions for use (IFU)
- Customer Interaction (DISC)
- Handling objections
- CYANVision & CYANElite 290 Presentation
- Laboratory profitability
- Sales representatives management
- Practical exercises
The workshop’s purpose is simple: help our distributors outperform the market by mastering both product knowledge and practical sales skills. The engagement, motivation, and openness of all participants made the sessions highly productive and inspiring.
