Warning: Windows 11 update incompatibility with the CYANElite 290 Hi software
The most recent Windows 11 security update 2026-10 (KB5127690 and KB5127648) can cause the Hi software to close unexpectedly or block completely without any error or warning message, and this happens repeatedly throughout the day, severely impacting usability.

Open Windows Security
Click the Start menu, type “Windows Security” into the search bar, and open the application.

Access Core isolation settings
In the left-hand menu, select “Device security”, then, under the “Core isolation” section, click “Core isolation details”.

Disable Memory integrity
Locate the toggle under “Memory integrity” and switch it to “Off”.

An authorization window might open, allow the change by pressing “Yes”.
