In the week of September 21st, 2026, we held two technical workshops and one sales training in Algiers, Algeria.

The technical workshops covered the CYANHemato 380 and the CYANElite 290. We trained our distributors' technicians on how to use, install, maintain, and repair the analyzers. Cypress Diagnostics sells high-quality products, and customer service is an integral part of our quality policy. All our products come with an after-sales and performance guarantee. Cypress Diagnostics will handle all issues through our local representatives and distributors.

The sales workshop covered the importance of quality control, our quality policy, analyzers as a service, sales techniques, and a session on value proposition from the distributor's perspective.
